Hoods Lagoon is a favourite for locals and visitors alike, and there are plenty of hiking spots in the vicinity.

The Clermont Gold and Coal Festival is an annual event that celebrates our community. Held on the third Fri/Sat of August each year and includes local entertainment, markets and activities.

Check out the Clermont Peace Poles at Pioneer Park adjacent to Hoods Lagoon.

The collection of 30 peace poles was a community public arts project initiated by Clermont Artslink.

Each pole features artworks completed as part of community and school based workshops.

The Issac Region boasts an abundance of scenic walking and hiking trails to suit the beginner or more advanced adventurer.

The Rail Wagon Murals are found at the end of the Main Street in Clermont. The collection of wagons was launched in 2000 and depict the industries that Clermont was built on.
